6 month fixed term contract managing a team administering a portfolio of trusts, foundations and companies, mentoring and training team, managing client accounts, dealing with matters timely, and providing a first class service to clients.  Duties involve acting as a communication feedback channel; building working relationships; identifying further opportunities and services for clients; managing work in progress, billing, fee collection, and staff productivity; meeting business targets; maintaining risk awareness and identifying emerging risks; assisting with client acceptance process; maintaining data integrity; ensuring team compliance with policies; ensuring KPIs monitored; helping with client LINK relationships; managing client expectations and needs.,Candidate will hold professional qualification recognised by the JFSC; broad knowledge and experience of trust and company admin and business; strong communication, organisation, admin, risk management, customer service, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills; able to motivate and manage change; risk, compliance and audit awareness; able to prioritise and work under pressure to deadlines; experience of managing and/or assisting in management of team; self-motivated and able to multi-task; committed to quality service; appreciation of tax issues in relation to client base; team player; initiative; attention to detail and accuracy; broad knowledge of other offshore jurisdictions; able to delegate. ,For more details contact Eleanor Lock
