An enthusiastic individual is sought to lead our client's global finance operations and to play a key role in financial processes efficiency, assuming responsibility for the cash management and forecasting of the cash position.  He/she will lead across various locations; re-engineer and implement changes including deploying new software and procedures; ensure policies and procedures kept up to date in line with control framework; act as lead contact for accounts payable and accounts receivable matters and responsible for all bank reconciliations and operational audits; liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to progress account queries through to resolution; lead on operational overview of banking platforms; lead on budgeting, reporting and review of Business Services costs and support financial planning and analysis;support financial strategy by ensuring flow of financial information to key stakeholders.,The successful candidate will have proven track record of successfully operating at management level in professional services environment; strong team player with ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced finance professionals across various locations and develop effective working relationships with client facing and support departments; strong communication, organisational, time management and relationship building skills; able to prioritise workload; strong working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their application within a large and complex business; high levels of initiative and decision making; results driven; accurate; client focused.,For more details contact James Troy
