Exciting opportunity to interview and select new hires in partnership with line managers and assist with recruitment campaigns for senior hires.  Duties involve advising managers on recruitment and selection best practice; liaising with recruitment agencies and direct applicants; arranging candidate interviews; updating job descriptions; drafting wording for recruitment adverts and liaising accordingly with Marketing or third parties; drafting contracts of employment / offer letters; helping to build and manage candidate pipelines; overseeing new joiner process and administration, setting them up on HR system and setting up induction timetables; processing all HR related invoices and payment requests relating to recruitment; assisting with HR reporting relating to recruitment; ensuring HR database accurate and up to date; liaising with employees on a daily basis; dealing with minor employee queries and concerns; assisting with specific HR Projects; assisting with room arrangements for meetings.,Requirements are A Levels/BTEC/IB; GCSE English and Mathematics at A or B grade; University Degree; experience working in a recruitment environment, either in-house or a recruitment agency; strong working knowledge of Jersey Employment Law and recruitment best practice and finance industry and typical roles; detailed working knowledge of MS Office; accuracy with good attention to detail; strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to prioritise and multitask; ability to meet deadlines; excellent communication skills; self-motivated; pragmatic; strong commitment to providing an excellent service; strong commitment to HR best practice; motivated; proactive; innovative; genuine enthusiasm for HR. ,Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.,For more details contact Francesca Kubas Cronin
