We are looking for a new team player and talent for the future for our much-loved Jersey Pearl café in St. Ouens.

You will be responsible for:
Prepping and cooking our well-loved menu beautifully and consistently.
Supporting the Head Chef with all daily tasks.
Following excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards and well as current COVID guidelines.

A strong aptitude for baking cakes would be an advantage.
5 years residency
Level 2 Diploma in Culinary Skills and Food Safety in Catering Level 2 required
