Our client is seeking an individual to provide IT support across the Group. Within the role you will deliver first point of contact support for all of the IT services consumed by the business, deploy/maintain all end user hardware and software, as well as accurately manage the IT asset inventory. You will also manage the account and technology requirements for employee onboarding / offboarding as well as maintain quality service delivery by establishing and enforcing standards aligned to the ITIL framework.,
The role holder should be able to demonstrate analytical and communicational skills, whilst delivering a proactive service focused capability to the business. ITIL foundation certification not essential but an advantage. Contact Megan for more information!
