Responsibilities include

• Provide a courteous and efficient service to the customer
• Approach customers to give them product information and suggestions
• Handle customer refunds/ queries and complaints efficiently making appropriate referral
• Communicate in a confident and clear manner with customers and colleagues
• Be an ‘expert’ about products and services in the section
• Be able to correctly measure and fit customers with products
• Process specific customer orders efficiently ensuring all required documentation is completed
• Liaise with the merchandise team to ensure the section has the right merchandise to sell
• Identify from sales figures and observations what customers are buying in the section and from the competition
• Operate store tills to enable customers to pay for products or receive refunds/ exchanges
