Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual with good organisational skills to join our client’s Pensions team, on a permanent basis, to maintain a high standard of corporate and individual pension administration for a portfolio of clients. Duties will include liaising with employers, pension members, trustees, insurance companies and financial advisers, salary uploads, administer Transfers In and Out for all insurers, process small fund/triviality and tax free cash claims, check and issue annual statements, as well as enrol new pension scheme members and process scheme renewals. This role would suit a candidate who has a high level of attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and other providers via phone email and letter.
