TMF Group in Jersey is currently looking for an experienced MLRO/MLCO to provide compliance support to the Jersey Funds Business.
This a key role providing support to the compliance function of the Jersey fund business ensuring that the AML / CFT policies and procedures are maintained on an ongoing basis in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and guidance.
Prospective candidates will need to have held regulated Key Person roles and to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Fund Services Business.
