As a Trainee Trust Administrator you will assist with the administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under the supervision of an Assistant Manager and Senior Accounts Preparer. Your day to day duties will include making payments, verifying bank account details, scanning and filing instructions, collating documents required for new investments and accounts with new service providers, communicating with intermediaries via email, letter and telephone, bookkeeping, as well as assisting with the preparation of trust and company accounts and financial reporting to clients. Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
