Do you enjoy dealing with customer enquiries by phone? If so, this is the right job for you.

Our client is looking for a call centre agent with excellent customer service experience and great professionalism to be based in its Jersey office working in a friendly team.

Main duties are to be the first point of contact for all customer service requirements. Possess strong problem solving and communications skills, particularly over the telephone. An excellent professional manner on the phone is required.

The ability to speak another language other than English would be an advantage, but is not essential.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also desirable.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant and our client can only accept applications from candidates holding 5 years residency.
