A rare opportunity to join internal finance team and play key role supporting continued business growth and help drive ongoing development of internal finance function.  Ambitious and motivated individual is required with the drive and expertise to deliver the finance function fundamentals on a day to day basis, together with developing the systems and improving the processes to take internal finance function to the next level.  Supporting management of Financial and Management reporting, Billing, Accounts Payable and receivables functions.  Candidate will ensure statutory and regulatory deadlines met including financial reporting, tax and managing group audit; cash position and forecasting, unbilled WIP and overdue accounts; analysis of financial data; ensure controls and policies maintained; process optimisation; support annual budget preparation; assist in staff training and appraisals.

At least 3 years PQE required to include internal finance function experience to have developed the skills and experience needed, supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA).  Experience of process improvement and development and delivery of insightful management reporting a clear advantage. IT literacy essential including good MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills; excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, together with some people management experience; quick to learn new systems; training will be provided.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
