Billing Officer - Aztec Jersey

We are looking for a Billing Officer who will work alongside our billing team and will be responsible for maintaining data and schedules and issuing bills.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Reviewing and preparing client billing in line with requests.

+ Assisting with the maintenance of various monitoring schedules.

+ Inputting new and update existing data within the financial management system (3e).

+ Liaising with other staff members as and when required to help resolve and deal with any queries as they arise or to escalate where necessary.

You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do. We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

+ Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy).

+ Computer literacy skills are essential.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy.
