Our client provides private banking services including investment management, wealth planning and fiduciary services to high net worth individuals and families. A new job role is available for Fund Reporting Manager in their Jersey office.

As Fund Reporting Manager you will be acting as line manager to a team of up to 10 members. You will be developing and maintaining client financial reporting and delivering a quality administration service to clients.

This role requires an individual with experience managing and / or supervising staff in a funds or institutional fiduciary services environment. You should be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience working within a funds administration / accounting environment.

Responsibilities for this role include;

  • Act as Director for client entities as necessary
  • Debtor control and budgetary control within the department area of responsibility
  • Liaise with clients, advisers, auditors and intermediaries both internal and external
  • Monitor client service standards
  • Identifying and implementing policies and procedures in the department to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, undertaking to clients and good practice

You should be an analytical individual with great attention to detail. You will have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills with good interpersonal skills.
