Our client, an award winning expanding organisation are looking to on board a Scanning Officer for a 12 month, part-time contract basis in their Jersey office.

As Scanning Officer you will be providing support to the business with accurate and timely filing and scanning activities.

Your responsibilities include;

  • The scanning of all documents on a daily basis for all areas of business
  • Dealing with cross indexing and refilling documents
  • Scanning of new accounts
  • Collation of closed accounts
  • Assist in resolving all queries from all areas of the bank
  • Updating of spreadsheets

For this role you should be a professional individual with great team spirit. You should have knowledge of legal regulatory and industry requirements as well as knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures.
