Luke joined the Jersey Evening Post as classified advertising manager in 2004. He took responsibility as general manager in 2005 and became advertising director in 2007.
Luke was previously business manager for recruitment advertising at the Birmingham Post and Mail where he oversaw a busy team of 20 field and telephone sales consultants. Immediately prior to joining the Jersey Evening Post Luke was an advertising agency director for Tribal in Nottingham, a company specialising in public sector recruitment.
Luke is also a member of the Skills Board, an industry-led board conceived to help the States of Jersey identify and address current and future skills shortages in the Island. Through this experience Luke is well placed to understand some of the challenges and opportunities facing recruiters in Jersey.

Victoria has a wide experience of dealing with recruitment campaigns for all sorts of businesses and organisations, both in and off island. Having joined the Jersey Evening Post in 1999, she has gained an in-depth knowledge of the company’s vast portfolio and is passionate about generating the best response possible for advertisers.
Having gained a degree in Media Production, Victoria is able to implement her specific skillset whilst working closely with the creative and production teams within the Jersey Evening Post. This allows her to execute her clients advertising campaigns from inception to publication.
