Role
We seek a Workplace Support IT Engineer for our Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities
Support OS deployments, IT assets and local applications. Resolve ITSM tickets within SLA. Assist users with devices and application access. Maintain documentation, asset registers and Active Directory. Provide hands-on support for servers, networks and infrastructure. Monitor resources, raise purchase orders and support IT budgeting.
Requirements
Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Hyper-V, ITIL 4, LAN/WiFi, Dell servers, storage, backups, Citrix and VPN.
