We have a great new opportunity for a Workplace Operations Manager to join a reputable accountancy firm.
Key duties will include:
- Oversee the Jersey Workplace Operations team to ensure effective running of the office – particularly front of house and facilities management.
- Dealing directly with external suppliers connected to our office facilities management. Negotiating the best price on relevant contracted services e.g. photocopy, coffee machines, catering etc. and being responsible for these relationships – escalating/dealing with any issues as they arise.
- To be the main point of contact and take responsibility for all day-to-day issues relating to office premises to ensure as a place of work the business meets the highest standards.
- Actively connect with the Group network, particularly contacts in the UK, to leverage best practice and look to deploy ideas and innovations locally.
