As a Workplace Operations Administrator, you will deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including managing visitors, suppliers, meeting facilities, and office resources. You will also play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating services and deliveries, resolving queries, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-presented workplace for staff and clients. We're looking for a proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn, confidence using Microsoft applications and everyday office IT equipment (including workstations, printers, and mobile devices), and a positive, customer-focused mindset are essential, while customer service or health and safety experience is advantageous. This role requires a flexible approach, including occasional out-of-hours support and periodic travel across the island to meet business needs.
