Well-Being Facilitator at States of Jersey

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Well-being Team to provide a peripatetic service to a patch of primary schools focussing on the area of emotional health and well-being (early intervention and prevention).

This will include whole school/systemic work, small group work and individual case work, supervising and training the Island’s network of school based ELSAs and engaging with stakeholders across CYPES
