Welcome host and receptionist at The Moorings Hotel and Restaurant

This is a key front of house position, for someone experienced in delivering excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant guests as well as hotel guests, tasked with maintaining the key values of our business at every point of contact, welcoming guest into The Moorings family. This is a role for someone with excellent written and spoken English, able to take calls and manage email correspondence independently, as well as electronic booking systems. You'll be willing to go the extra mile, an excellent team player, happy to work across departments where required. You will work closely with the Directors and senior Management team. A great opportunity for anyone wishing to progress, and play a part in shaping the approach of Jersey's first and only Mr and Mrs Smith Hotel. Full-time and part-time will be considered.
