Role Purpose
The Cleaning Professional is responsible for carrying out scheduled and reactive cleaning activities in
accordance with agreed service specifications, frequencies, and standards.
The role supports the delivery of a “right first time” culture by ensuring that all assigned areas are maintained
to the required standard, equipment is used safely and effectively, and customer expectations are consistently
met. The postholder is expected to demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to
maintaining cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all service environments.
Undertaking general cleaning duties in line with site-specific cleaning specifications and frequencies.
