Voisins Sales Floor Manager - Beauty Hall at Voisins Department Store

The purpose of this role within Voisins is as follows:

1. To implement the Company’s strategic policy and objectives at Sales Floor level.
2. To manage, lead and develop their team of Sales Consultants and Advisors to deliver world class customer service.
3. To operate their area of responsibility within the agreed staff costs budgets.
4. Work with Buyers to achieve agreed targets for sales, margin and profit.
5. To achieve high standards of merchandise presentation, housekeeping and staff appearance.
6. To effectively manage any concessions within the product area
