Villa Ops, Marketing and Guest Services Coordinator at Columbia Estates (C.I.) Limited

• We manage a growing portfolio of luxury holiday apartments and villas in Albufeira and the wider Algarve, Portugal, welcoming guests through Airbnb, VRBO, direct booking channels and other sales platforms.

• This is a varied, hands-on and fast-paced role that sits at the centre of our Portugal villa business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the operation, including guest services, property management, bookings, airport transfers, compliance, local supplier coordination, marketing, pricing support, listing management and commercial performance.

• The role requires a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded individual who can take ownership of tasks from start to finish, communicate professionally with guests and suppliers, and help ensure that every villa is presented, marketed and operated
