Veterinary Nurse at All Pets Veterinary Centre

We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to support our Veterinary Surgeons at All Pets.

We are a small, independently owned warm and friendly best-practice Veterinary Centre nestled in the heart of St Peter, and Jersey's only dedicated small animal veterinary practice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct nurse clinics
Perform diagnostic tests
Prepare surgical theatres for operations
Assist Veterinary surgeons in all aspects of surgery
Dispense medications
Assist with reception duties
Maintain stocks of medication and pet food
Supervise Student Veterinary Nurses studies as needed

Schedule:

34 hours/week, 8:30am-6pm, 4 days/week
Participate in Saturday rota (9am-1pm) with half-day off in lieu
Support Veterinary Surgeon's on-call rota with time-and-a-half in lieu
