UBO Senior Manager/Associate Director

The postholder will seek to build on and improve existing systems/workflows and outsource provider relationships so they are more automated, scalable and flexible, acting as Board of various UBO vehicles; financial control and admin of “TopCo” vehicle including delivering audited financials and reporting reviews; managing outsourced accounting service providers in Jersey and Luxembourg responsible for preparing data; consolidation and formulating of internal reporting for house structures; financial modelling, budgeting and treasury management for opex; oversight of reporting and administration of upstream ownership/carried interest structures; develop and train junior staff; review and approval of payments due under carried interest structures; design and calculation of regulatory reporting requirements; analysing systems and processes to identify technology to streamline and automate new accounting systems, Power BI, improving shareholder onboarding, interactive shareholder portals; implement new systems.
Candidate will be ACCA/ACA/similar qualified with at least 10 years of financial services experience in Jersey and ideally experience of Luxembourg structures; initiative, ability to organise, strong analytical approach to arising issues and an ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments; working with conflicting and demanding deadlines; strong communication skills; experienced user of MS Office, particularly Excel; previous use and interpretation of financial models would be beneficial.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
