Job Description

The position reports to the Head of the Family Office and involves close and regular interaction with clients, advisors and co-trustees. The individual will act on the boards of corporate trustee and corporate director companies in a number of jurisdictions and ensure smooth running of sometimes complex structures to the highest standard whilst complying with the relevant laws and local regulation; understand and manage risk;analyse and understand transactions/activities; develop relationships with clients; provide Family Office and Senior Management with technical assistance on complex documentation/transactions; identify opportunities for business development; assist with product development and strategy in regard to client offerings; actively participate in management and continuing development of Family Office as separate profit centre; mentor junior and trainee members of staff and management; provide job training and guidance; maintain current knowledge of legislation and regulations.
Candidate will be educated to degree level (master in law, qualified lawyer or equivalent preferred); have 5 years post qualification experience; practical knowledge of trust and company legislation; excellent communication skills; good MS Office and data management skills; hands on management style; organized and works well even under pressure; risk oriented mindset, sharp analytical mind and a strong commercial awareness; good team player; strong presentation abilities; good negotiator; committed to excellent client service; flexibility; client and goal oriented.
