Job Description

A new and exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a Trust Support Administrator to assist the Team administrators with their portfolio of clients so as to ensure that a high level of service is given to clients in accordance with relevant mandates so that operational and fiduciary risk exposures are effectively managed. You will be developing relationships with other departments within the Jersey business, allocated Client Relationship Officers to the Team, intermediaries and other professional advisors and ensure that the Company's procedures and standards are met with a particular focus on effective time recording, collection of fees and specified key performance indicators. A focus on quality service delivery supported by commercial sense along with good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
