Job Description

Great opportunity to lead, motivate and develop Pension administration team to maximise their potential to deliver exceptional customer service; oversee administration of Pension Trust schemes; identify opportunities to improve current procedures and systems to reduce risks; act as authorised signatory; oversee training needs of team; act as point of escalation for clients’ queries and resolve issues; ensure pension vehicles and client services administered in accordance with trust deed and rules, SLAs and policy manual; develop and maintain relationships with clients, attending meetings and assisting with trustee services; authorise cash payments and transfers; assist with promoting services to existing and potential new clients; undertake training in line with agreed objectives; keep up-to date with technical, regulatory, legal and market developments; inform customers about products; resolve customer complaints.
Candidate will have working knowledge of IT systems including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database platforms with accurate data input skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
