Job Description

Purpose of role is to provide high quality trust and company admin and develop and enhance client relationships; assist with revenue budgets; develop, train and appraise; assist Senior Trust Manager with efficient running of teams; provide management cover; manage and develop a complex portfolio of company and trust structures; act as reference to minimise business risk and to ensure compliance with policies, appropriate risk management, and use principles of treating customers fairly when dealing with complaints/enquiries; prepare resolutions and minutes; cash management of client portfolio including control and clearance of fees; ensure team and individual financial and non-financial targets met; assist with completion of all budget calculations; demonstrate thorough understanding of fiduciary responsibility; attend client meetings and maintain full records; develop and sustain broad technical knowledge across products and services and of intermediary/wealth management market.
Candidate must have good understanding of laws of local jurisdiction and of basic features of different types of investment product; working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word; good numeracy skills and ability to understand routine documents; ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure; strong communication; knowledge of business procedures and policies.; team spirit; innovation; client orientation; at least 10 years trust and company experience; hold CISA/Offshore Finance & Admin pre-professional Diploma/STEP Diploma/ACIB/IFS/Trustee Diploma/Diploma in Trust and Estate Practice.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
