Job Duties:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of private client trust and company entities
  • Provide line management support to an expanding administration team
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to ensure efficient team performance
  • Collaborate with client directors while operating independently to deliver client services
  • Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring high standards of service
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients

 

Job Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in a trust role
  • Recognised trust qualification to Diploma level, such as STEP or CGI
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio and support team members
