Trust Manager

The successful candidate will have the duty to be a role model for all of the staff across the business. Knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity and delegate the day-to-day tasks to the team will be one of the main focuses. Strong communication skills are also a must, to help deliver the highest level of client service to reflect on the Group culture.
