You will oversee the management of the Company and the conduct of Trust Company Business, developing new business relationships and providing technical expertise as required. You will also undertake all regulatory and corporate governance aspects of the position as would be expected of a principal person approved by JFSC. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent Trust and Corporate knowledge gained through at least 10 years of relevant experience, hold an appropriate qualification and have the ability to undertake all duties with integrity and diligence reporting to the Board of Directors.
