Job Description

We have been exclusively retained by a new boutique trust company to find a trust director for its Geneva office. Our client is well known for its professionalism and long-term commitment to its clients. This interesting position will involve the management and development of the established team within the firm, acting as a main contact for third party providers whilst overseeing the smooth running of a new office. The successful applicant will report directly to an executive board based in another jurisdiction.

To be suitable for this role you will need to be a STEP practitioner and be either a qualified lawyer or accountant. At least 15 years working experience in the private and corporate client trust sectors. Business fluent in English and French. An emphasis on being experienced in managing teams and supervising, motivating and mentoring people. Strong technical expertise and estate planning aspects of EU, Swiss and African clients base.
