This independent global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services is looking to strengthen its local Jersey team through this key appointment.
As Associate Director, you will act in a supportive role to members of the senior leadership team, to lead the day to day client facing activity ensuring this is aligned to and promotes the business' strategy and culture. You will also be responsible for growing your own portfolio of clients by actively engaging in business development activities. The role will centre around servicing existing and new clients as the business grows. This will encompass all client servicing aspects from on-boarding new clients and ensuring client files are up to date and compliant through to client dealing processes and managing regular communications regarding holding data and product updates. As Associate Director, you will promote the company and their business objectives, whilst driving morale by providing support and guidance (technical and otherwise) to your team. You will also have direct responsibility and accountability for delivery of risk and operational targets and key risk indicators for your team's portfolio of clients. Candidates should have significant industry experience of working with High Net Worth clients and on complex structures within the fiduciary field (10+ years' experience), demonstrate first class client service delivering against the needs and demands of high net worth clients both from prior experience and through driving the performance of others and have experience of business development and be able to demonstrate excellent technical competency and an ability to impart that knowledge to others effectively.
