Our client is looking to appoint a Trust and Corporate Services Manager to be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of Companies and Trusts, who operate predominantly in Guernsey but will include many other jurisdictions.
In this role you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, prepare accounts, maintain client vigilance, attend board meetings, review entity assets, structure charts, CDD, and risk statuses on an ongoing basis. You will assist in the training and development of junior staff, prepare and reconcile investment schedules, and ensure statutory returns are actioned.
Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who is STEP / ICSA qualified.
