Job Description

A unique opportunity to join a busy and growing family office servicing a prominent UHNW family with substantial and varied assets.  Duties include  preparing minutes, resolutions and updating trust and company records; compiling board meeting packs; opening corporate and trust bank accounts; collating KYC packs required by third parties; preparing on-line payments; bookkeeping and financial data reviews.
At least 2 years Trust & Company admin experience with working knowledge of Trust and Company Law and statutory obligations required; excellent communication,  organisational, numeracy and analytical skills; educated to A Level/equivalent; high attention to detail and accuracy; proactive and self-motivated; able to prioritise; willing to take professional qualifications; working knowledge of MS Office, systems and associated software packages; working knowledge of Viewpoint, Sage and/orConcur an advantage; ability to work on own initiative; team player; initiative.  Training provided. 
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
