Job Description

Postholder will support team and administer client entities comprising of trusts and companies, act as member of fiduciary team, and ensure business objectives met and operational standards and controls complied with.  He/she will minimise business risk and ensure compliance with policies and risk management; assist in development of working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention; demonstrate an understanding of fiduciary responsibility; maintain training and development.
No previous work experience required but must have basic communication and relationship building skills; good team player; good numeracy skills; attention to detail and accuracy; desirably able to understand basic trust and company legal document and accounts; basic understanding of laws relating to ‘Trust Company Business’; basic understanding of the Fiduciary duties and willing to study towards COA/Level 4 Offshore Finance & Admin Cert/STEP Cert.
