Trust Account Manager

Are you an experienced Trust Administrator, wanting to broaden your skills in a client facing role? Or do you have key transferable skills which you could bring to this role? Do you have good knowledge of regulatory requirements in Jersey and other jurisdictions? Are you proactive, well organised, and a good leader who can coach and train? Are you able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure?
This role acts as client contact and account manager for key clients, project managing new and existing processes and timelines for key, corporate, high value, or ad hoc events; attending client meetings; review and challenge existing processes; testing processes in preparation for major events; understanding fiduciary responsibility; liaison with UK Legal or Tax team and/or other external professional advisers; maintain daily operational contact for key/sensitive clients to discuss and deal with operational issues; report on feedback from clients; handling of complaints to point of final client/participant satisfaction; ensure key commercial aspects are monitored, identified, and maximise commercial opportunities; review of time spent invoices.
