Transfer Agency Administrator

The successful candidate will provide private equity fund valuation and accounting services to private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal, regulatory requirements and accounting standards to which they are subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process trades for a range of complex offshore funds in line with detailed controls and procedures- Prepare and process fund distributions to fund specific deadlines- Resolve Client & Investor queries within agreed timeframes
