Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Manager to lead, develop, and deliver high-quality training across Lifeline Group (Healthcare Training) and to the wider community (Mental Health Training, First Aid, Fire Safety etc).

You will oversee mandatory, specialist, and developmental training, ensuring all staff meet regulatory, organisational, and best-practice standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and manage training programmes across health and social care services

Ensure compliance with mandatory training (e.g. safeguarding, first aid, mental health, dementia, autism, medication, fire safety)

Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and compliance trackers

Deliver face-to-face and blended learning sessions

Identify training needs and support staff development and progression.
