Our client is seeking an experienced Training & Communications Manager, to be based in either Jsy/ IOM/ Gsy/Scotland/Dubai/Netherlands/Singapore/Luxembourg or Hong Kong offices.
You will develop a detailed understanding of all initiatives projects & operations undertaken by the Group COO office & understand related training & development requirements. Working closely with the Project Manager in Project Design Phase to ensure training requirements understood and considered before a project moves into Project Delivery Phase.
You will co-ordinate training needs analysis, training design & delivery as well as associated communications for both COO Staff and, where applicable, front-line staff to enable successful delivery of key objectives. understand all relevant "as is" and "to be" analysis so that training is wholly focused on delivery of "to be" and that outputs are measurable and that this measurement is included in regular reporting and management information (MI).
You will have a minimum of 3 years training & project work experience, in particular training cycle management. In-depth understanding of traditional & modern training methods, managing in a Matrix structure & working with others to deliver successful outcomes.
You will have excellent organisation & communication skills & be computer literate to a high-level including MS Office . Ability to lead projects to budget & on time. Ability to travel to deliver on-site training as required. You will have the ability to work effectively & efficiently under pressure. Self-starter with strong relationship building & leadership skills, agile, innovative, flexible & disruptive thinker. Ability to manage through adverse conditions. Cultural awareness & empathy. Aware of their own impact on others & able to respond appropriately.
