Training and Development Coordinator at Jersey Employment Trust

We are looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to work with a caseload of clients with disabilities and/or long term health conditions at Acorn, supporting them in all aspects of their training and skills development.

You will have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, be able identify and support clients to develop through our Acorn project sessions and where appropriate, towards a work experience placement or paid employment. You will work in partnership with individual clients to identify their specific needs, provide advice and guidance on reasonable adjustments and signpost towards relevant external support services.
