Trainee Trust Officer

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Trust Officer, working for a global trust company.


The successful candidate will assist and support the Trust team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio of companies, trusts and foundations to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. The candidate will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to streamline communication.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and further afield.
  • Assist senior team members with administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, and supporting the timely processing of payments.
  • Assist and support the team with the administration of a balanced portfolio of Companies, Trust and Foundations carrying out day to day administration tasks.
