Job Description

A Trainee Trust Administrator is sought to assist in managing a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under supervision.

This full-time role offers a valuable introduction to trust administration, providing support with payments, bookkeeping, account preparation, document collation, and client communications. The successful candidate will help prepare client reports and ensure timesheets and internal targets are met, all while following internal risk management procedures. Strong numeracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential, alongside good written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, be eager to learn, and show interest in understanding trust structures and transactions while being a proactive and adaptable team player.
