Job Description

Great role opportunity to assist with administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under supervision, preparing payment packs and making payments, bookkeeping, assisting with preparation of trust and company accounts, scanning and collation of documents required for new investments and accounts, communicating with intermediaries, assisting with preparation of reporting to clients, achieving chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set, apply internal risk management procedures, build good relationships with clients and other service providers.
Candidate will have strong communication at all levels; good organisation, administrative and numeracy skills; flexible; team player; able to work under pressure; accurate; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; show interest in the transactions and operations carried out and try to understand them.
