Trainee Trust Administrator

Job Description

Great opportunity trainee role to assist with administration of portfolio of private client trusts and companies, preparing and arranging payments, bookkeeping under supervision, assisting with preparation of trust and company accounts, scanning and collating documents for new investments, accounts with new service providers and new advisor engagements, communicating with intermediaries, assisting with client reporting; achieve chargeability targets set and assist with WIP management and recoverability of time costs, assist with billing and debt collection within deadlines set, apply internal risk management procedures and comply with policies.
The successful candidate must have good interpersonal, numeracy, administrative, organisation and communication skills; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; accuracy and able to work to deadlines; able to adapt and multi-task; team player; flexible.
