Trainee Trust Administrator

Job Description

Great role supporting administration of portfolio of private client trusts and companies, making payments, bookkeeping, assisting with accounts, dealing with documents for new investments, preparing reporting to clients, applying internal risk management, achieving WIP, chargeability, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines; anticipate needs and schedule of clients.
Candidate must have have strong communication, organisation, administration and numeracy skills; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; well organised and accurate; flexible, able to prioritise and work under pressure; good team player.
