Job Description

Purpose of role is to assist with administering a portfolio of private client trusts and companies under supervision of Associate Director, making payments and bookkeeping, assisting with preparing trust and company accounts whilst always providing excellent client service.  Duties involve scanning and collation of documents required for new investments and accounts with new service providers; communicating with intermediaries; assisting with preparation of reporting to clients; ensuring timesheets completed on a daily basis; achieving chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set; applying internal risk management procedures; maintaining good relationships with clients and other service providers; understanding client needs.
Requirements are strong interpersonal skills at all levels; well organised; accuracy; good admin skills; strong numeracy; good team player; ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of clients; flexible; ability to work to time pressures and react to changing demands; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; show interest in transactions and variety of work.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
