Our client are seeking to appoint a Trainee Trust Administrator to assist the Trust Administrators/Managers/Directors with the day to day administration of portfolios of clients.
In this role you will learn all aspects of an Administrator's roles and responsibilities in due course, which will include the review of quarterly billing runs, prepare minutes/resolutions/loan agreements/Powers of attorney/certificates of incumbency/stock transfer forms/simple share purchase agreements/declarations of trust, assume responsibility for client communication/relationship management, and prepare for and attend client meetings, where required.
