Job Description
You will be responsible for areas such as Technology system operations processing, data securities, delivery of excellent customer service, first and second line user support and maintaining all corporate IT hardware and software applications.
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience working in an IT environment. You will have an understanding of Microsoft Windows, with a good knowledge of O365 products. As part of the service desk team you will need to work flexibly in a 3-shift system and be part of the team providing an on-call service to the business out of hours.
You will support with installing and configuring IT business systems hardware and software, undertaking new user set-ups, moves and authorised system changes.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
A full driving licence is required.
